This is to inform all teaching personnel of the revisions to the previously issued memorandum regarding the conduct of the Peer Evaluation.
The activity shall now include both Peer Evaluation and Administration Evaluation. Furthermore, teachers are no longer required to proceed to the Computer Laboratory to accomplish the evaluation. The evaluation form may now be accessed online through the official Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School (FEBIHS) website.

The passcode is provided strictly for teaching personnel and must be kept confidential. DO NOT SHARE THE PASSCODE with students, parents, clients, or any other unauthorized individuals.
