1. This serves as an amendment to the information stated in School Memorandum No. 294, s. 2026 dated October 20, 2026, regarding the scheduled School-based Immunization (SBI).
  2. Please be informed that the Immunization Activity originally set on October 23, 2026 will be rescheduled to a later date.
  3. In lieu of the immunization, a Parents/ Guardian Orientation on Immunization will be conducted on the same date, October 23, 2026 (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the school covered court.
  4. All grade 7 advisers and concerned teachers are requested to disseminate this information to parents/ guardians and encourage their attendance.
  5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this corrigendum is directed.
