Please be informed that the schedule of the KIKO Kongreso 2.0 Student and Parent Orientation Program indicated in School Memorandum No. 313, s. 2026, entitled “KIKO Kongreso 2.0 Students and Parents’ Orientation Program”, has been revised. The orientation was previously scheduled for November 5, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 N.N. at the Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School Covered Court.
The orientation program is hereby rescheduled to November 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, at the same venue.
The rescheduling is necessary to accommodate adjustments in the implementation timeline of the project and to ensure the availability and participation of all concerned stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty mentors, and partner institutions.
The objectives, and other provisions stipulated in the original memorandum shall remain in full force and effect. The revised program is attached as Annex A and shall serve as the official schedule for the orientation program.
The following are expected to attend the orientation program: a. Grade 11 STEM students identified as prospective research apprentices under KIKO Kongreso 2.0; b. Grade 12 STEM student researchers who will serve as research mentors and collaborators; c. Parents and guardians of participating students; d. STEM Work Immersion Teacher/s, Research advisers, faculty mentors, and technical advisers; e. Concerned teaching and non-teaching personnel; f. Kiko Kongreso 2.0 Proponents; and g. Representatives from partner institutions and invited stakeholders, subject to availability.
