Relative to the School Memorandum No. 294, s. 2026: regarding the conduct of the School-Based Immunization (SBI) for grade 7 learners, please be informed that the activity shall be conducted on November 6, 2026 (Friday), at 9:00 AM at the Audio Visual Room (AVR.)
All grade 7 advisers and concerned teachers are requested to assist in the participation of learners to ensure that those with signed parental consent are present during the scheduled immunization activity.
Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this memorandum is directed.
