- In line with the School-Based Immunization (SBI) Program implementation by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Education (DepEd), in collaboration with our Local Government Unit (LGU) and school health personnel, a vaccination drive will be conducted for all eligible Grade 7 learners.

Venue: School Audio-Visual Room (AVR) - Vaccines to be Administered:
Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccine
Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) vaccine - Responsibilities of Grade 7 Advisers and Concerned Teachers:
• Ensure all parental consent forms are distributed, completely filled out, and collected from the learners. Strictly follow the “No Consent, No Vaccination” policy.
• Prepare and submit the complete printed master list of learners to the School Clinic on or before October 21, 2026.
• Guide learners to the Audio-Visual Room according to the designated time slots per section to maintain proper order and avoid overcrowding.
• Remind learners to eat breakfast before coming to school and to bring their water bottles.
