Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 600, s. 2026, entitled “Submission of Project Proposals on the Utilization and Liquidation of Program Support Fund (PSF) 2026 for SNED Implementing Schools,” Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School (FEBIHS) has complied with the requirements and is now authorized to procure the necessary services and facilitate access to medical assessments for its learners with disabilities (LWDs).
The schedule of psychological and ophthalmological assessments, together with the list of beneficiaries, is attached herewith for reference.
In this regard, all concerned class advisers are requested to inform and remind the parents/guardians and learners concerned of the scheduled assessments and ensure their attendance on the designated dates and times.
