1. The Values Education Department shall conduct a face-to-face Learning Action Cell (LAC) on Hands that Speak, Hearts that Listen: A Guide to Deaf Awareness and Basic Sign Language Learners on September 09, 2026, 08:00AM-10:00AM at the Bayuhay ng Kakayahan (AVR).
