1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026 and in consonance with Division‑led initiatives, the school shall implement the End‑of‑Term Block Activities from September 3–15, 2026.
  • This period is designed to balance academic requirements with learner and teacher wellness, while also providing opportunities for professional development, remediation, enrichment, and participation in Division‑sponsored programs. Activities shall be conducted in accordance with the prescribed calendar and guidelines to uphold quality learning, strengthen teacher capacity, and promote rest and self‑care.
  • Objectives

a. To implement remediation and enrichment programs for learners.

          b. To provide opportunities for co curricular and extracurricular activities.

          c. To allow teachers to accomplish academic and administrative requirements.

          d. To participate in Division led trainings, workshops, and conferences.

          e. To conduct INSET and wellness breaks for teachers and learners.

          f. To ensure compliance with DepEd guidelines on end of term activities.

  • Not all learners are expected to attend every activity mentioned. Learners who will not be joining any of the activities shall be given home‑based tasks for further enrichment and catch‑up purposes.
  • Teachers are requested to profile their learners who will undergo remediation or intervention as the basis for determining official time during the End‑of‑Term Block.
  • Teachers must strictly follow the prescribed schedule and complete required school forms accordingly.
  • Master teachers and subject school heads shall monitor compliance and provide technical assistance if necessary.
  • Immediate and widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
